Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a transactional tax associate with at least 5 years of experience to join its client's Corporate practice group. This position is open to New York and Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have transactional tax experience dealing with M&A transactions in the middle market private equity space. We seek candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds.
Interested candidates should have strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively and independently. Education JD Bar Admission Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying Experience Minimum 5 years of transactional tax experience. Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC experience.
